Authorized Training Center Guidelines
Eligibility Criteria Authorized Training Center (ATC)
When First time ATC has to register ONLINE with requirement and then By filling HARD COPY OF AFFILIATION FORM with required documents and photographs.

Required Documents and Photographs for Online/Offline Registration.
a) Aadhar card.
b) PAN card.
c) Center HEAD Passport Size Colour Photograph.
d) Center Outer Photo ( Main Gate)
e) Reception Room ( Waiting Hall) Photographs.
f) Training Hall / Lab Photograph.
g) Center HEAD cabin photograph.
h) Center Staff Details.
i) Drinking Water.
j) Computer Lab Photograph.
k) CC TV
l) Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill / Shop Act License ( Copy of Address proof Attach any one Document)
m) Driving License /Passport./Bank Pass Book / Election Card Voter ID Card / Pan card ( Copy of IDENTITY Proof. Attach any one of following)
n) Mark sheet/Certificate or Leaving certificate of Last Educational Qualification. (Copy of Academic Qualification Attach any one Document)
o) Resume / CV of Center HEAD.

NOTE: The affiliation fees is Non-refundable.

Renewal of the GIVITE / Training Center shall be done every year.
Renewal of Training Center must be done within 10 days from the last date of Affiliation.
Renewal fees Yearly will be 1,000 Rs for Training Center ( Renewal Month March)

Process of Payment Deposition :
There are FOUR ways to make payment of affiliation or Channel Partner registration.

NEFT ( National Electronics Fund Transfer )
Demand Draft.
Cash Credit to Account.
Credit Card / Debit Card / PayTM

Schedule for Affiliation :
The process of affiliation is maximum 15 Days process..

After Successful Online Submission of Registration/ Affiliation form you will get Username ID & Password Portal from Head Office. After ATC submitted Online Admission form in their Own Portal.
